People have always taken pictures of each other. The first photograph ever taken of a person was in 1839, and it was a selfie as well! It took Robert Cornelius over a minute before he covered the lens. Today a thousandth of a second is all it takes to catch that moment and as per my love for detail, with people, it is that special, magical moment when the light is just right. More importantly, I try to catch the soul or essence of that person. By catching them in the moment when they’re ‘in the moment’ and even look straight into the lens without knowing it. I thrive for those moments.
